A pleasure to talk about the science regarding Longevity and some of its key terms:

• Lifespan and Healthspan
• Cronological and Biological age
  
  As well as the Hallmarks of aging, the key mechanisms behind healthspan, improve biological age regardless of the chronological age, and therefore promoting healthy longevity.
